Shipping Policy
We ship all orders from our production facility in Debary Florida Every tee is printed to order using our DTF process, so please allow time for production before your order ships.

Most domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days from the order date. International delivery times vary by destination.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.
When We Make It Right
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item or wrong size.
- There is a print quality issue (fading, cracking, misalignment).
How to Request a Replacement
- 1Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
- 2Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- 3We will review and respond within 2 business days.
- 4Approved claims receive a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
Common Questions
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has likely begun and we cannot make changes. Contact us immediately at [email protected]
What if my package is lost in transit?
If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us and we will open a carrier claim on your behalf and send a replacement at no charge.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do not currently offer free shipping, but our flat-rate tiers are designed to keep costs low even for larger orders.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders require an additional 3–5 business days for design approval before production begins. Total turnaround is typically 8–12 business days.
